Founded in Toronto, Canada in 1979, Butler Engineering has spent more than four decades advancing Fire & Life Safety, property protection and engineering compliance across complex projects and diverse jurisdictions.

With regional headquarters in Dubai and operations across the Middle East, Butler combines international engineering experience with deep knowledge of local authorities, codes and project realities. Our work spans Fire & Life Safety consultancy, engineering, independent inspection, testing, commissioning, audits and specialist compliance services across the complete project lifecycle.

As a Civil Defence-licensed House of Expertise across key regional jurisdictions and an ISO/IEC 17020 accredited inspection body, Butler operates with a level of independence and accountability appropriate to the projects entrusted to us.
